SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Why don’t you accept returns?
Because we use minimal packaging, most of our products don’t come with tamper-evident caps or seals (except for our Face Oil Line). Using tamper evident materials means that we will have to use an additional element of plastic or laminated paper to our products to show they’re tamper-free as a sign of their integrity. Our products leave our hands with the highest standard of quality. Therefore, once the bottles or jars leave our premises and are opened, they will be exposed and there is a possible risk of contamination that’s why we don’t accept returns.
The only exemption on a return is when you receive our product that has been damaged from shipping and is in its worse unusable state (i.e. spilled, wrecked, wet, dripping postage box with oil). When this happens, please take a photo of the damage box before you open it and take a photo showing the damaged product and send it to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We ship to Ireland and all of the European Union.

How long does it take for my orders to ship?
All orders to the EU will be shipped from Ireland. Please allow the following processing days when you place your order.
2-3 days for any orders to be ship to Ireland
3-5 days for any orders to be ship to the EU.
All orders to Australia and New Zealand will be shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. Please allow 5-7 working days for shipping and delivery.
Are your products made in Ireland?
Yes, our products are made with love and crafted by our founder, Jan. We are a proud Irish Brand.
Do your products contain preservatives?
Being a proud, Irish Skincare Brand, we are bound and required by law to comply with the strictest EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) N° 1223/2009. This means that our products do not contain any of the restricted 1,300 chemicals and substances. We don’t use parabens, phthalates, dyes, artificial & synthetic preservatives, ingredients & fragrances, GMO’s, fillers and any other nasties in our formulation. Our pilot line Nami Naturale is made using an oil-based system, hence it does not require any preservative since bacteria do not thrive in oil. For our future product line expansion that may include water (Aqua) as an ingredient, we will use Ecocert approved natural preservatives to keep our products fresh.
Is Nami Naturale a cruelty-free brand?
Yes, we are. All our products are only tested on loved ones and volunteers. We are also legally required to formulate safe products that are against any form of animal testing which essentially makes all our products cruelty free.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. Most of our products are vegan with exception to our Hand and Feet Saviour where we use Beeswax (Cera Alba) as one of the ingredients.
