Love it or return it

You’ve heard good things about us. Plenty of times. But you still need a little encouragement. When you purchase a regular size product, we will automatically include an eco-luxury discovery size of your main order for free.

Please use the sample size to run a trial test. If you are still not convinced, we are happy to accept a return of the full-size product you ordered on the basis that the goods must be unused in their original packaging, the packaging is undamaged (box, seal and product included has not been tampered and unopened).

We require the product/s to be sent within 14 days, via registered mail to have proof of your return. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Nami Naturale. Please state reason for return in your correspondence and include the tracking number. Once we have received the goods, we will furnish you with a coupon number to use with your next order. When the voucher remains unused five days from when it is issued, the code will automatically deactivate and you will be issued a refund to your original payment source for any balance due to you. There is no further action needed on your side. Please note, the cost of shipping the original item cannot be refunded.
