Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items returned for non-payment of customs fees or for any other reason by customs of the destination country will not be refunded.
Note that we are required to include an invoice with each international purchase and also need to declare the authentic cost of each purchased item on the customs form. We generally will send your package either the same or the next business day. Exceptions sometimes happen if we’re mixing up a fresh batch or waiting for some fresh ingredient to get to us. If this occurs, we will let you know.
How long does it take for my orders to ship?
All orders to the EU will be shipped from Ireland. Please allow the following processing days when you place your order.
2-3 days for any orders to be ship to Ireland
3-7 days for any orders to be ship to the EU
All orders to Australia and New Zealand will be shipped from Auckland, New Zealand. Please allow 5-7 working days for shipping and delivery.
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a product you receive is damaged during transit or you decide to return an opened box to us. All goods will leave our base in excellent condition. However if during transit, damage occurs’, please contact us within 48 hours and send a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to try and resolve the issue with you. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness when buying products from Nami Naturale. Upon receiving proof of damage, we will send a replacement. We can only replace damaged goods with the same product you have ordered or send you a money voucher equivalent to the amount you have spent which you can use on your next purchase.
Cancellation/Amendment of Orders
If you contact email@example.com to cancel or amend your order prior to it being shipped, we will do our best to carry out your request. This is at our discretion. We can only cancel an order or make amendments where the order has not yet been dispatched. To find more please see our FAQS Page.
Nami Naturale is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred via customs, taxes, for returns or exchanges and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Nami Naturale.
