We ship worldwide. We also have stockists worldwide so make sure you check our stockist section and who knows? Nami Naturale may be available in your territory.

We periodically have free shipping AND other promotions available if you follow us on Facebook and Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter. Most promotions will be offered to our Social Media Pages.

We process Irish and UK orders in 1-2 business days and these are usually delivered in 1-3 business days. International orders may take 7-14 days delivery.

E-mail us if you need a different shipping option that is not offered at the checkout. Also, e-mail us if you need faster shipping and we will process a price adjustment for a shipping upgrade. We reserve the right to refuse fulfilling an order for any reason we might deem necessary.

We will promptly issue a full refund on an order we are unable to fill and offer an explanatory note. Please contact us if you need your item shipped to you in a special way or if you need it faster. We will try to accommodate your request.

Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items returned for non-payment of customs fees or for any other reason by customs of the destination country will not be refunded. Note that we are required to include an invoice with each international purchase and also need to declare the authentic cost of each purchased item on the customs form. We generally will send your package in 1-2 business days. Exceptions sometimes happen if we’re mixing up a fresh batch or waiting for some fresh ingredient to get to us. If this occurs, we will let you know.

How long does it take for my orders to ship? 

All orders will be shipped from Ireland. Please allow 1-2 processing days when you place your order.


Why don’t you accept returns?

We are a small run family business and our products leave our hands with the highest standard of quality. Due to the very high cost of our ingredients and the labor-intensive small-batch production process and our commitment to fair earnings for our employees, we are unable to accept returns of opened product boxes or unopened products at this time.

However, if you believe that your product is defective in any way, you may ship it to us for inspection along with a note or e-mail support@naminaturale.com explaining the problem.

Cancellation/Amendment of Orders

If you contact orders@naminaturale.com to cancel or amend your order prior to it being shipped, we will do our best to carry out your request. This is at our discretion. Nami Naturale is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred via customs, taxes, for returns or exchanges and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Nami Naturale.


We want you to love the skincare and wellness products you use with your daily beauty ritual and to avoid spending a small fortune, we are offering sample sizes of most products for purchase. These smaller jars and bottles provide enough product to run a trial before committing to larger sizes, and they are perfect size and format for travel.

You may visit browse our products with sample sizes available for purchase. The sample (travel) sizes are listed as a size option on each product page, just pick the smallest size from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, you may also purchase LI-IT Discovery Set which features the entire skincare collection.
The only exemption on a return is when you receive our product that has been damaged from shipping and is in its worse unusable state (i.e. spilled, wrecked, wet, dripping postage box with oil). When this happens, please take a photo of the damage box before you open it and take a photo showing the damaged product and send it to support@naminaturale.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
