Due to the very high cost of our ingredients and the labor-intensive small-batch production process and our commitment to fair earnings for our employees, we are unable to accept returns of opened products at this time.

We send a free trial version of our product with a full size order for you to try before you open the full size.

Please use the sample size to run a trial test. If you are still not convinced, we are happy to accept a return of the full-size product you ordered on the basis that the goods must be in unused in its original packaging, the packaging is undamaged (box, seal and product included has not been tampered and unopened).  

We require the products to be sent via registered mail as a proof of your return. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Nami Naturale. Please state reason for return in your correspondence and include the tracking number. Once we have received the goods, we will furnish you with a coupon number to use with your next order. When the voucher remains unused five days from when it is issued, the code will automatically deactivate and you will be issued a refund to your original payment source for any balance due to you. There is no further action needed on your side. Please note, the cost of shipping the original item cannot be refunded. 

The only exception to this is if you have received a damaged product please contact us at info@naminaturale.com within 2 days of receiving the goods. Please upload pictures of the damaged product and we will be happy to try and resolve the issue with you.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness when buying products from Nami Naturale.

Nami Naturale will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges but we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

If you need to return a damaged product we recommend using a delivery option with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items.

We do not accept return of goods purchased from our retail partners.

If you contact orders@naminaturale.com to cancel or amend your order prior to it being shipped, we will do our best to carry out your request. This is at our discretion. We can only cancel an order or make amendments where the order has not yet been dispatched. 

We can only accept unopened regular size goods purchased from our website. Products bought using a Promotional Voucher Code, Gift Sets, Travel and Discovery Sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.
